From one pet care professional to another, I would be disappointed and embarrassed if someone from my staff acted the way the receptionist did. Called to verify a medical record note, and was met with the most apathetic and rude response before I could even mention why I was calling. Was told that a subtraction sign written in pen next to a medical exam on the record was enough proof that it was negative. Considering fecal parasites are not to be treated lightly, I was shocked. The owner of the pet could have written this and sent it in. It is a completely normal response to clarify this, as someone that values their job. Very unprofessional.

Excellent VET!! Dr. Guidry is always so thorough and explains everything completely and gives multiple opportunities to ask questions and make sure you understand everything about your pet's health and well being. I highly recommend Dr. Guidry!

I can’t recommend this place enough. I have been going to Dr. Guidry for a few years now and he is always so kind and caring as well as his staff. He always takes the time to explain everything and address concerns. My sweet boy unexpectedly got sick and I can’t thank Dr. Guidry enough for everything he did for us during that difficult time. He even watched over Yoshi at his home over the weekend to make sure he was okay. It was a long journey to recovery but Dr. Guidry was always there giving him the best care. My sweet Yoshi turned 14 years old all thanks to Dr. Guidry because without him I don’t think Yoshi would’ve made it through
