(PLEASE READ IN FULL) This whole experience was absolutely traumatic for both me and my dog and I want people to be made aware!!! My 3 month old mini aussie is very scared of people and is attached to me, I informed the front desk when I called that she was scared of men especially. As soon as the 3 workers walked into the room, a man grabbed her out of my arms as I was saying she needs a second because she’s a very anxious dog. She pees and poos on the floor in fear and that didn’t stop them, they didn’t even introduce themselves to me. I went in for a wellness check because she had been itching and sneezing like crazy (allergies) they then tried to charge me $300 for a service I did not ask for, nor was I even informed about. I had to ask what the shots they took out were for, what shots they were, and how much it cost. They were going to give her these shots without even asking for my approval or telling me the price. This is absolutely unfair, I am a college student who was told my visit would cost $60 for the wellness check. I ended up paying $110 because she kept giving me looks when I would say no I didn’t want that, so I ended up just saying sure I’ll take the flee medicine and heart wormer out of fear she would keep judging me. I had all of that at home and was planning on giving it to her after the visit, but I wanted to wait until she saw a vet for her itching (was not given anything to help and basically told me my puppy was weird and it’s a weird things puppies do) I felt degraded for my dog being terrified of people (you people are the reason she will never trust another person again). I asked for many recommendations on many different things and the vet her self looked up on google gemini what good calming treats to give a dog. I would never recommend this vet to anyone and I hope no one ever experiences something like this!

If you love you fur baby like we did this is the vet clinic you want to go to. Staff and Dr are caring and top of the line. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our pet. Thank you for being there for us in time of need.
