ALMOST DROPED MY SENIOR DOG ON HER HEAD! She literally could have died! And the guy who did it didn’t say a word or even apologized he just walked in the back with her. She was going straight down head first I had to catch her. And after we asked him a question about it and he ignored us and left for the back to avoid us. I raised concerns with the vet and she said it just happens! What!! She wasn’t squirming and she’s old it shouldn’t happen. Then the vet continues to tried to upsell me on there products and guilt trip me to buy there more expensive products to support them. I would like for them to support my elderly dog when they hold her! Also this same place cut my dog’s nails until they were bleeding! And they didn’t tell me I found out later when there was blood on the blanket she was sleeping on. They just put some blood clot stuff on her nail. It rubbed off and she was bleeding all over the place. I’m very unhappy with my resent experiences.

I have been a client for close to a decade. I really hate that dr English retired. I’ve waited for days (since Monday) for results on my very sick pet and they will not give them to me. I’m now going to the 24-hour emergency vet and will pay a second time for the same tests ETA: find a vet that cares about your animals not explaining how it’s just a new business and sometimes pets (and their lives) just fall through the cracks Yes, I went to the 24-hour emergency clinic. No, I did not abuse your staff - the opposite actually as your staff took out their personal issues regarding her divorce on myself at her place work, which is a separate incident that is illegal, I am completely uninvolved with, and I cannot speak to as I am filing a report with the board. I apologize if six years is not close to a decade, it certainly feels like it is. Yes my cat was brought in Monday. I simply never received any ongoing care instructions from your clinic at any point and my third in person visit was derailed by the vet’s own personal problems with her divorce. At this point I have paid for vet consults through English, an online emergency vet after I could never get answers, and a third in-person vet because I needed someone who actually seems concerned whether or not my pet survives a medical situation, that by definition, is emergent. I sincerely hope that any and all potential customers review the very many angry responses this vet has made to multiple reviewers when choosing someone to care for their family members Direct text from the Dr: There was a computer reporting error on the result. A Dr. needed to look at it. The receptionist was not comfortable reporting. I saw (cat) on Monday. I was out of office and my team was swamped without me there. My team cares. It was an insane day in the office. I am sorry you cannot fathom understanding that we are human.
