Brought my dog here and he died 2 days later. I called to let them know he wouldn’t eat they kept suggesting other foods. I called another vet they said he needed to be kept over night beings he wouldn’t eat. Soon as I hung up the phone to bring him to the other place he died. They were nice here but they don’t listen to your concerns for the price we paid I feel like they failed us! Beings I can’t respond to the response I’ll go ahead and respond here. It was under my spouses name. I have the receipt of the visit. Along with the phone calls I made when I called to say he wouldn’t eat and yall suggested to try other food

I’ve never written a review in my life, I just want to start off by saying to never take your animal to this establishment! They care more about money than they do the animals. My cat who is 14 lbs was man handled by dr. Denise isralson, she scruffed him out his bag and proceeded to hold him in the air for about ten seconds, she then proceeded to grab him by his neck and forced his mouth open way rougher than need be My poor baby was terrified . I told the other vet that they way she handled him was insane and that I was upset because my cat was visibly in pain while being scruffed, she replied with “ I’ll make sure your complaint goes to where it needs to go” 5 minutes later dr I walks in and said heard you didn’t like the way I handled your cat why not? I explained to her that you do not scruff an adult cat and they replied it’s the only way I could’ve gotten him out of the bag, mind you the other vet picked him up with no issue, she apologized very sarcastically and then proceeded to just stand in the room and say nothing, we were told to let them keep him over night so we did, we arrive in the morning $641 later to find out they left my cat in his carry bag which is only for transportation ALL NIGHT, the bag was covered in pee and so was he and he was left like that for 6 hours! Not only that they had to draw blood out of not one leg but two and left the area covered in blood and badly bruised mind you it wasn’t even wrapped. Never again am I coming here dr Denise should have her license revoked, 20 years of experience and you don’t know your not supposed to scruff a cat? She should be ashamed of herself.

Took my puppy in after being struck by a car. Needless to say we picked him up and he passed in the back of my truck. 30-40 minutes after leaving vet he passed. According to paperwork he had a collapsed lung. That part was never discussed or the fact that the IV was left in. The extent of his injuries should’ve been discussed more.

Thanks so much to the staff here!!! We were brought back very quickly after our dog peaches ate a grape! She was treated with love and compassion and we are so grateful to the staff! Thank you Caleb for explaining everything and answering all of the questions we had! Highly recommend this place!

I brought my pregnant dog in they gave her blood work and an ultrasound and they said she needed to stay the night! They said she wasn’t going to go into labor anytime soon, I picked her up at 7:00am this morning 800$ later, js to get home and she’s in labor pushing! We are now in Eunice getting a C-section! 1800$ later! I do not recommend bringing your pregnant dog here!
