After experiencing an issue with our baby, we were referred to come to this location unexpectedly on an early Saturday morning. Hands down the best customer service experience and a quiet atmosphere that we truly loved. Great job!!

I would potentially give this 0/5 stars if I could. The veterinary care and customer service is fine. The pricing for the initial visit was $220 which is understandable considering my dog had an eye problem and I brought him in later in the day. The medicine cleared up the issue and they asked to see him in a week. The veterinarian made a comment that the revisit was just to make sure he was on a healthy path and that there wouldn't be an extra cost. Great, makes sense to me. I brought my dog in for the REQUESTED re-check and then charged me an extra $78 so the doctor could tell me his eye had cleared up. He literally looked at my dog and this place charged me nearly $80. Wasn't even the same doctor that saw him the first time. I can appreciate paying for expertise. That's why I paid the initial $220. But to then charge me nearly 33% of the initial exam is outrageous. I will be making sure to send people elsewhere. This place might feel nice up front but it's super exploitative of their clients and patients. Only decent thing is that they are open for emergency visits which I already know will cost an arm and a leg. None of this cost was explained up front. I'm a public school teacher and that $78 was basically a night of income from my second job that I do after my teaching hours. Absolutely disgraceful to take advantage of caring people this way. At THE VERY LEAST list costs up front before you 'request' extra check ups.

Orgeron Veterinary Clinic truly stands out. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, and the staff genuinely treats every pet as if it were their own. Our non-profit recently used their clinic for one of our clients, and we were very impressed by the level of compassion and attention given. It’s rare to see this kind of old-fashioned care anymore. Highly recommend Orgeron Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary services in the greater Lafayette area!

I’ve been a client of Dr. O’s office for about 20 years, and they’ve cared for my pets from playful puppyhood through their senior years. The entire team is wonderful, caring, and attentive. When the time came to say goodbye to our older dogs, the staff was incredibly supportive and compassionate, which meant so much during such a difficult time. Our current little dog is also a patient, and even though he’s very nervous, they treat him with the same patience and kindness. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for us over the years, and I highly recommend Dr. O and his staff.
