Petco Vaccination Clinic

I live in a somewhat rural area. A dumping grounds so to speak on beloved pets. I do my best to trap vet neuter/spay release. This season we found 4babies holding on to their passed mama. I was unsure what mama passed from but wanted to ensure I did my best to continue caring for the quads to have their chance at a full loving life. 3 were doing good but the runt we named Duke was just tttttniny. We brought him in with another one of our babies that wasn't feeling well. 1st off Zoe receptionist, youre so sweet and made us feel welcomed. Even with the little information i had for them. Kim I could talk for hours with on why cats are so amazing. Our babies and the little babies I brought in. Thank you Kim for your kindness and advice on both these guys..even thought my older personal crew isnt impressed with these kittens , I sure am, and hopefully theyll find they're furever home soon. Dr Jay, you as well gave such great information. I did as advised and Khloe got her meds and is doing phenomenal. Duke is thriving and recieving the extra TLC he needed. He hit the 480g mark today officially almost meeting his siblings weight. Even when I had to go out of town and needed to be cautious on Duke, they let me pick up extra meds and worked with me to help little man get better while being with me out of town. I've brought other pets before and even had to let my heart cat Tofu go at this location. Everyone handled us with care and compassion ❤️. All my little furbabies mean the world to me and I am glad I can bring them somewhere where staff understands patient concersn and does what they can to help. You guys helped make this set of kittens healthier to hopefully soon arrive in their furever home. Thanks for all you do and I will absolutely will be continuing to bringing my personal babies, and the little ones I foster/help in for care.

I had a 10am appointment, not sure how many 10am appointments were scheduled, but there were 2 pets taken before mine. When the customer in front of me mentioned it to the person checking them in it was brushed off as if it didn’t matter. Not the best experience this time around.

I have always recieved a 3 yr rabies, and showed proof of Vetco doing 3 yr, they told me that they are not able to change it in their system but yet when she clicked on it 1 yr and 3 yr came up as an option. My dog didnt receive an exam but yet they put down all the vitals, which included temperature and non was taken so that falsifying medical records. My dog also has severe reation that i had to bring her to an emergency vet.( not saying it was vetco fault) this has never happened before. Last month had same issue with another dog of mine. I will not return. I will take them to the vet or Tractor Supply.

I had a pet we knew he was sick for a couple days but didn't know how bad it was. I called Ambassador bc it's closer. She was extremely helpful. They would be closed the next day so my sister made an appointment for the next morning. The woman at Amb Caf / Kal Sal location recommended a coupon. Well my sister said she presented said coupon yet they refused to accept it. She was already spending 400 so that 80$ first visit wave would have been helpful. We have 3 other dogs. 1 of them is mine. They lost business of our other 3 dogs. I go to spay nation for their shots but I was going to bring my dog, the dad. And the other 2 ,one is my sisters and the other our mother adopted. The woman at this location said they don't even like dealing with those coupons. I just cannot believe how crooked this location is for such a reputable company. I used to come in with my dog Harry while charging the Tesla. Not anymore

Caring and expertise for an atypical animal. Another vet clinic recommended them and I am so glad they did.
